GENERAL AND POLITICAL CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY

READ CAREFULLY THE PRESENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ACCEPTANCE OF OUR CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO THE OFFERED SERVICES:

1.-) RESERVATIONS: For GROUPS, reservations must be made with 90 days of anticipation. For INDIVIDUAL TRAVELLERS (FITs), reservations must be made 60 days prior to the date of the passengers' arrival. Reservations are received through our E-MAIL :  apulight@qnet.com.pe  mystical@mysticalperu.com  / skysha@infonegocio.com.pe  or via FAX to these phone numbers:  (51)-1-445-7878 / (51)-1-445-4487 PERU - SOUTH AMERICA. As soon as you confirm your acceptance of our programs and rates for FITs and/or GROUPS, we will request the following information from you:

A.-) REQUIRED INFORMATION: YOUR COMPLETE NAME(S), COMPANY NAME (in the event of company), E-MAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, FAX NUMBER, MAILING ADDRESS including country.

B.-) PROGRAMS: Name of the chosen program, code, and complete itinerary Category of chosen lodging (First Class / Standard / Economic / Other)

Extended Program added to the Main Program Language

Special Services that may be required during the development of the program

C.-) INFORMATION OF THE PASSENGERS (FITs-GROUPS):

 Full Name of the Passenger (as shown on passport)

·               Birthdate

·               Nationality

·               Passport Number

·               Occupation and/or Profession

·               Type of Accommodation-Lodging: Simple Room / Double Room (Twin Beds) / Additional Bed (Triple Room, etc.)

·               Transport Via:         

·               Airline

·               Flight Number 

·               Flight of Connection

·               Reservation Code (Locator)

2.-) FINAL CONFIRMATION: For GROUPS the term of final confirmation will not be less than 60 DAYS, and for FITs (Individual Passengers) it will not be less than 30 DAYS, counted from the date of the passengers' arrival. We appreciate your remitting the FINAL CONFIRMATION IN WRITING, along with the Official Rooming List (accommodation - type of rooms).

3.-) PAYMENTS: After you decide to take our program, a deposit equal to 60% of the total price of the package is required, and will be rotated, to assure your reservations (services) in Peru, under the following conditions:

GROUPS: 45 Days prior to the arrival date of the passengers to  Peru

FIT´S: 30 Days prior to the arrival date of the passenger(s) to Peru

The remaining amount of the total (40%), must be paid on the arrival date of the passenger(s), in cash (U.S. DOLLARS), preferably in notes of larger denomination, to the officially designated person of our company.

4.-) CANCELLATIONS:

All CANCELLATIONS must be sent IN WRITING, under the following terms:

A.-) CANCELLATIONS with full refund will be accepted no less than 60 days prior to the arrival date in the case of a GROUP, and 30 days prior to the arrival date for individual passengers (FITs).

B.-) If the CANCELLATION is made 20 days prior to the arrival date of the passenger(s), you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total cost of the program.

C.-) If the CANCELLATION is made 7 days prior to the arrival date of the passenger(s), you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 60% of the total cost of the program.

5.-) NO SHOW:

There will be NO REFUNDS in the event of a NO SHOW, due to the cancellation in inopportune form on the part of the client, for whatever reason, without previous communication. The total cost of the program (100%) and any other services, if added, will not be refunded.

6.-) PERIOD OF THE RATE: Our Rates are valid up to December 31, 2004. The Rates of our programs are expressed in US DOLLARS and we require payment for the programs in the referred to currency.

PERU MYSTICAL & ECOLOGICAL TOURS reserves the right to change the present tariff without previous notice, in the case of increments and/or governmental regulations that directly affect the prices of the services included in our tourist packages. Rates for children under the age of 12, in some cases, are subject to discounts depending on the nature of the program and/or services required by our clients.

7.-) RESPONSIBILITIES:

PERU MYSTICAL & ECOLOGICAL TOURS, acts as a middleman of the lenders of transportation services (terrestrial, fluvial, aquatic, air), lodging (Hotels-Inns - Lodges), restaurants, airlines and other companies and/or individual lenders of services.

Though our company is committed to taking the most care and caution possible of the services during the development of the program, it is not responsible for other people's situations that can happen, personal injury, delays, accidents, cancellations, for any loss, damages and/or losses of personal objects, baggage, bad weather, social agitation, etc; or other irregularities that could happen during the program which can be caused in deliberate form, negligent acts or omissions on the part of the companies.

PERU MYSTICAL & ECOLOGICAL TOURS, doesn't accept any responsibility for omissions, delays, additional costs or other events that are due to inappropriate documentation on the part of the passengers and/or for any act of the governmental authorities that could result in the cancellation and/or modification of the program.

SECURITY: All passengers, prior to the departure from their country, must obtain in singular form a basic Medical and Travelers Insurance whose coverage is sufficient in the case of accidents, for loss of personal objects and/or baggage, as well as an insurance for medical attention and medicines.

If an individual passenger or member of a group gets sick or becomes disabled, we will take care that he/she sees a qualified doctor for attention. In this case, the expenses caused by this situation will be assumed by the clients (passengers).

We do not include an insurance policy for Travelers / Medical or Accidents in our rates.

8.-) ABOUT THE PROGRAMS:

PERU MYSTICAL & ECOLOGICAL TOURS (the Tour Operator), reserves the right to modify the program and/or services, provided it is necessary for the positive development of the program. This could happen in the event of flights delayed or cancelled, bad weather, change in the schedule of entrance to the centers visited and/or in certain services on the part of the lenders, strikes, vandalism, etc; or some other event or situation which causes a problem or a risk to the integrity of our passengers.

Likewise, our company reserves the right to reject and/or to accept a member of the tour.

9.-) REQUESTED PROGRAMS:

All our programs can be modified according to the clients' requirements and/or necessities. Please contact us via E-Mail or Fax, to remit to you the requested information as soon as possible.

10.-) REPORT OF QUALITY:

The most important goal for PERU MYSTICAL & ECOLOGICAL TOURS, is the complete satisfaction of our clients for the services received during their visit to Peru. For this reason, at the end of the tour we will ask the client to fill out an evaluation form. This will be used to stay informed of the occurrences during the tour and in this way, help us to improve the level of quality of our services.
