Day 1: Lima.-
Reception and transfer to the hotel.
Day
2: Lima /Ica/Nasca. - WeŽll depart by
bus to Ica city. City Tour where weŽll view
the most important attractions of Ica city, such as: The Main Plaza, the
Cathedral, the district of Luren, the mythical lagoon of
Huacachina, finishing in the Regional Museum of Ica. At appointed time,
transfer to Nasca city.
Day
3: Nasca/Arequipa. - Transfer to the city of Nasca (02 hours approx) to fly
over the enigmatic Nasca Lines. Afterwards weŽll continue to the archaeological
areas of Cantalloc. Transfer to Arequipa city.
Day
4: Arequipa.- Reception. At the indicated time, visit to the main square of
Arequipa, the Cathedral, Colonial Large houses, the Convent and Cloister of
Santa Catalina.
Day
5: Arequipa/Puno.- Transportation to Puno city. On the way opportunity to
appreciate the colourful andean villages.
Day
6: Puno/Uros/Taquile/Puno. - Full Day in the Titikaka lake visiting the
ancestral Islands of the Uros and the Taquile Island, which offers to the
visitors an extraordinary panoramic view of
the majestic Andes.
Day 7: Puno/Cusco.-
Transfer to the city of Cusco. On the way we will appreciate diverse and
colourful Andean villages, as well as crossing
La Raya, the highest rail point of the Andes of the Southern area of the
country.
Day
8: Cusco.- Visit main turistic attractions
of downtown and the bordering archaeological complexes: Sacksayhuaman,
Tambomachay, Puca Pucara and QŽenqo.
Day
9: Cusco/Machu Picchu/Cusco.- WeŽll board
the train taking us to Machu Picchu. WeŽll walk through the temples,
plazas, terraces
and the urban zone of Machu Picchu. In the evening, return to the city of
Cusco.
Day 10:
Cusco/Urubamba/Cusco. - Full Day excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Inkas
"URUBAMBA": Visit the typical town Pisac village, famous for its
artisanŽs fair and its archaeological complex. Later, weŽll continue toward
the incredible Ollantaytambo Fortress.
Day 11: Cusco/Puerto Maldonado. - Flight to Puerto
Maldonado. Brief City tour through the
most important attractions of the city. Transfer in the typical boats called
Peque Peque through the Madre de Dios River to the lodge . In the afternoon long
walk to the virgin rain forest near the lodge, to observe the great diversity of
flora and fauna.
Day 12: Puerto Maldonado.
- Long walk through the rain forest to get the Sandoval Lake where we can
view Fitzcarrald ship. In the
evening visit a small farm of the area.
Day
13: Puerto Maldonado/Lima/Chiclayo. - Flight to the city of Lima.
Immediately, flight to Chiclayo city. Reception and transfer to the hotel.
Day
14: Chiclayo.- Transfer to the city of Lambayeque (12 km) to visit the
Archaeological Museum the Royal Tombs of Sipán.
Visit
the archaeological complex of Túcume to appreciate the set of 26 mud pyramids,
among them the one called Huaca Larga. Afterwards, weŽll continue to Huaca Rajada (SIPAN) place of discovery of the great Lord
of Sipán.
Day 15:
Chiclayo/Trujillo.- Transfer WeŽll visit the most important attractives of
the city, concluding at the Cassinelli
Museum.
Day
16: Trujillo/Lima. - Excursion to the archaeological complex of Chan Chan
where we can find the Ceremonial Center of
Huaca the Dragoon. Afterwards weŽll continue to the beautiful beach of
Huanchaco, where we will view typical small boats
of Totora. Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Lima city.
Day
17: Lima. - City tour of LIMA, visiting the main attractions of Colonial and
the Modern Lima areas, concluding in the Gold Museum of Peru.
